When designing ‘new build’ developments, we make every effort to build to generic environmental standards for sustainable design and to Eco-Homes excellent standards.
We incorporate energy efficiency measures that include solar heating panels to assist with heating of hot water, low energy lighting and ‘A’ rated appliances.
We aim to build our properties with airtight values that are 40% better than standard regulations and with insulation values 20% over and above the standard Building Regulations. These measures could result in a 20% reduction of Carbon Emissions from heat and power.
